• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain efficiency.
• Implement and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize construction-specific accounting software, such as Foundation Software, to streamline processes.
• Drive improvements in accounting procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close procedures.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction-specific accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with preference for Foundation Software.
• Expertise in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and full-cycle accounting.
• Ability to prepare and interpret balance sheets, financial statements, and WIP schedules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
