Century Group is hiring: Corporate Accounting manager in Denver

Century Group's construction and engineering client is searching for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join full-time. You will be responsible for process improvement, reporting responsibility directly to executives and the controller. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $120,000.

Job Description:

• Quarterly and year-end financial audit activities along with analyzing market/product growth on a national scale.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Perform analysis on ad hoc projects as requested by Sales, Marketing and Operations by other departments/branches.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Develop, track and analyze employee KPI's and make recommendations for improvement.

Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years experience with financials, ERPS in accounting field
• 2+ years in a supervisory/ management role
