Job Description

• Support/manage the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up projects in high-rise, multifamily, hospitality, and mid-rise sectors.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Foster communication among clients, contractors, design teams, and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years (APM) or 5+ years (PM) of construction management experience, ideally in ground-up multifamily, hospitality, or high-rise projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, with ambition to grow into greater project leadership.
