Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial
- Take depositions, argue motions, and manage discovery
- First- or second-chair trial experience required
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to firm development initiatives
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in Indiana
- 8-12 years of litigation experience
- Proven trial experience is a must
- Strong writing, analytical, and client relationship skills
