- Serve as the primary field contact for project management, engineering, safety, and client representatives.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality.
- Monitor daily construction progress, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety programs, environmental requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, NESC, DOT).
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and work plans to identify conflicts or constructability issues.
- Develop and maintain site logistics plans, work schedules, and progress reporting.
- Support project budget forecasting, change order management, and contract administration.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all project sites.
- Conduct regular field inspections and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent field experience accepted.
- 7+ years of experience in construction management within the power delivery, utility, or electrical infrastructure industry.
- Proven track record managing large-scale transmission, substation, or distribution construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and QA/QC standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
