The Non Union Janitor at our Warren location plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. The position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The janitor will work diligently to uphold the company's reputation by ensuring that all areas, including restrooms, offices, and common spaces, are well‑kept and presentable. Additionally, the role involves identifying and reporting any maintenance issues that may arise, contributing to the overall functionality of the workplace. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Experience working in a corporate or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Ensure that restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a sanitary condition.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
