We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Miami! Salary is regionally based at $15- $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments of goods.
  • Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
  • Performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting with the assembly and packaging of products as required.
  • Following all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
