As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to help attract and hire top talent across production, skilled trades, and professional roles.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting hiring needs across the organization. You'll partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. What you will do:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, operations, and support functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities and craft targeted sourcing approaches
  • Publish job openings, evaluate applications, lead interviews, and manage candidate evaluations
  • Cultivate and sustain talent pools for roles with high demand or specialized skill sets
  • Represent the company at career fairs, local events, and through partnerships with workforce development organizations
  • Uphold adherence to internal policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Monitor hiring metrics and share insights with HR leadership regularly
  • Assist with onboarding processes and team up with HR on strategies to boost employee retention
What you will need to be successful:
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
  • Strong communication with a knack for building professional relationships
  • Capable of juggling multiple job openings and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic setting
  • Familiar with employment legislation and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a sharp eye for detail
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
