Role Description

We’re hiringRecruiters (Contractors)to help build Mercor’s expert network across East Asia. You’ll source and engage contractors forAI and data projectswith leading U.S. clients.

This is afully remote individual contributor role. While we prefer candidatesbased in Taiwan or Hong Kong, we also welcome applicants from other locations who have strong familiarity with these markets and are ready to recruit there effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified contractors using regional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, BOSS直聘, 104 Job Bank, WeChat, alumni groups).
• Communicate with candidates inMandarin and Englishto answer questions and guide them through the process.
• Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly.

Requirements

• 2+ yearsof recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Fluent Mandarinand strong English skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable withAI recruiting tools.
