We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting systems, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring all processes align with industry standards. Partner with operations to set and maintain cost standards, focusing on efficiency and cost control. + Manage the general ledger with timely, accurate recording of financial transactions. + Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity. + Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. + Lead the monthly financial close to deliver accurate financial statements on time. + Analyze results and provide insights on performance and variances. + Offer guidance on accounting policies, procedures, and best practices. + Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights for decision-making. + Collaborate with departments to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
