What You Will Do

• General and final cleanup.
• Distribution and cleanup of power hand-tools, extension cords, and generators.
• Perform dewatering activities; set up water pumps and hoses.
• Manual moving of formwork, lumber, rebar, and material/accessories.
• Hand excavation and backfill.
• Hand grade sub‑base.
• Place vapor barrier and board insulation.
• Tie rebar.
• Place concrete from truck, pump, bucket, buggy, conveyor, etc.
• Rake, screed, edge, and broom finish concrete.
• Vibrate concrete.
• Place concrete blankets.
• Strip, wreck, clean, and oil formwork.
• General and selective demolition of masonry, drywall, plaster, partitions, ceilings, and finishes of all types.
• Use demolition tools such as jackhammer, air tools, sledgehammer, etc.
• Use cutoff saw.
• Use a cutting torch.
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Reliable transportation.
• Be willing to work within a 50‑mile radius.
• Ability to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions.
