Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have a single focus: fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They perform appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium rates ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
