Base: 100-120k base + bonus structure

Overview The Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, executing, and tracking multiple commercial roof projects from pre-construction through completion. We seek an experienced, team-oriented roofing professional to lead project management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As one of the top 10 roofing contractors in the U.S., we handle a diverse range of projects—from large-scale new construction and complete tear-offs to re-roofing, exterior renovations, and ongoing maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities
Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and manage job costs.
Oversee site activities, including subcontractor supervision, safety compliance, and quality control.
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including resource allocation and prioritization.
Facilitate communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, including pre-construction and final inspections.
Prepare purchase orders, review project documentation, and assist with estimating and project closeout.
Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety policies are followed.
Review time sheets, manage inventory, and oversee project safety and quality standards.
Support estimating efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
5+ years of commercial roofing or related construction experience.
Project management and estimating knowledge.
Ability to read blueprints and understand system design and warranty requirements.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, time management, and safety adherence skills.
Valid driver’s license, ability to lift/ladders, and willingness to travel as needed.
