You’ll learn from our VP of Apparel Strategy, who is a fantastic mentor and has extensive experience in this space.

Job Responsibilities Include : Assist in creating and implementing merchandise assortment for the men’s premium apparel category, based on selling trends that will achieve financial targets

Participate in open-to-buy (OTB) meetings with Planning to ensure the department achieves financial targets for sales, profitability, and inventory turn

Research the competition across all social media platforms and markets to identify emerging trends, categories, and promotional campaigns

Promote growth by developing assortment strategies with SKU count, breadth vs depth, newness, and pricing / margin

Analyze sales in-season and post-season to identify hits and misses

Leverage insights to revise in-season and future season actions, strategies, and assortments

Review weekly sales performance to identify potential reorders and recommend styles for markdowns

Desired Qualifications : 5+ years of buying experience in apparel is required, with men’s premium men’s apparel experience being preferred, but not required

Ecommerce experience in this realm is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field is preferred but not required

Experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors

Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, project management, and organization skillset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Ability to work a full-time schedule onsite, M-F is required

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
