Oversee all phases of construction for K–12 school projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Maintain daily logs and progress reports; ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes. Lead site meetings and collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and school district representatives. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong preference for K–12 or public sector projects. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Excellent communication and leadership skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. Equal Opportunity
