Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Placing the top Medical Device talent in the U.S
Operate and maintain facility systems (HVAC, utilities, cleanrooms, BAS/BMS) safely and reliably.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and analytical equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues promptly.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and other teams to support operations and compliance.
Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Use CMMS and automated monitoring tools to manage work and track system performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years of facilities engineering experience in a regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory standards.
Experience with BAS/BMS, CMMS, and monitoring/alarm systems preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to provide on-call and after-hours support.
