Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations on federal and military construction projects across the U.S. We specialize in design-build, renovations, and civil projects for agencies like USACE and NAVFAC.
GSA per diem rates for lodging and meals (M&IE) are available for this position for out of state candidates.
Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $143,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction site activities, subcontractors, and self-perform crews
Ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to plans/specs
Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain contract compliance
Conduct quality checks, schedule inspections, and maintain as-built documentation
Enforce safety standards and lead daily safety meetings
Lead punch list completion and project closeout
Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience
5+ years as Superintendent experience on USACE/NAVFAC federal/military projects
Strong knowledge of safety standards (EM 385-1-1, OSHA)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license
