Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing Operations KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established global manufacturer to identify a Senior Finance Leader to oversee full P&L performance across multiple sites in the U.S. and Mexico. This high‑impact role offers visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and team development in a growing organization.

About the Role The Senior Finance Manager will own full P&L accountability for several business units across the Americas region. This individual will manage a team of three across U.S. and International operations and collaborate closely with plant and regional leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and insight in all financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple operating entities.

Lead month‑end and quarterly reviews, analyzing key performance drivers and communicating results to senior stakeholders.

Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements.

Partner with operations and legal on‑site contracts, capital planning, and major projects.

Standardize reporting and forecasting practices across acquired sites.

Mentor and develop regional finance staff, ensuring alignment and readiness for future leadership growth.

Support audits and compliance efforts to maintain strong internal controls.

Ideal Background

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred).

10+ years of progressive finance experience within large, global manufacturing organizations.

Demonstrated success owning full P&L and leading teams across regions (U.S. and International experience strongly preferred).

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.

Experience driving standardization and performance improvement across multi‑site operations.

Confident communicator who can translate financial insights for non‑financial leaders.
