Overview
Senior Specialist, Traffic role at Publicis Media (APEX Exchange). The Senior Specialist will report into the Supervisor and be part of the Apex Traffic team, working with the Media Investment teams across most media channels to supply accurate copy to our Media partners. We’re not your typical agency. APEX is a distinct next-generation trading entity within Publicis Groupe focused on identifying and investing in emerging market trends to benefit Publicis clients. Responsibilities
Routinely review buy specifications provided by media teams with an understanding of Client expectations. Utilize media systems to view booked commercial units and issue traffic instructions to broadcast vendors with accurate creative messaging for airing during specific programming. Resolve issues where vendors are missing traffic instructions or commercial materials. Maintain system records with commercial data necessary for media and financial purposes. Provide timely reporting to client teams for accurate Talent payment. Assist Media Reconciliation Team during vendor invoice reconciliation. Participate in system enhancement testing or training. Provide support and training to new team members under the discretion of the Traffic Supervisor and Associate Director. Qualifications
Technical Skill Requirements
Maintain professional attitude and good working relationships with peers, team counterparts, vendors, and client contacts. Demonstrate working knowledge of Agency procedures, terminology, and business goals, especially related to assigned client(s). Demonstrate expertise in the use of media systems. Have specific client assignments and meet all requirements to execute or fulfill client-approved media plans and expectations. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications; attend to detail and manage urgency. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners (e.g., creative agencies, vendors). Prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines; strong time management and organization. Maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure. Soft Skill Requirements
College degree in a related field preferred. 3 - 5+ years of experience in a similar field. Proven time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor. Additional Information
