Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger accounting and monthly close processes in line with company and group reporting deadlines.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and corporate policies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and group HQ.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering business.
Solid understanding of GAAP and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a small, hands-on team.
CPA qualification (or progress toward it) preferred.
