Description
We are seeking to add an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team.
Part-time or Full-time candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
The full-time schedule generally consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, while the part-time schedule typically includes 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on preference.
Experienced overnight ER DVMs can opt to work 9 shifts every month / 4-week block.
No mandatory on-call shifts!
Manage an ER caseload with clinical autonomy; provide high-quality emergency veterinary care.
Experience is wonderful but new veterinary graduates seeking mentorship and guidance are encouraged to apply! This is a great opportunity for veterinarians looking for professional growth.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent
An active veterinary license in the state of TN is preferred, but not required; licensure transfer fees will be covered
Passionate about practicing outstanding emergency veterinary medicine and building a strong team
Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
Some night and weekend shifts are required - open to discussion based on availability
