The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, case management, fact investigation, drafting legal documents and more. This position requires a deep understanding of the litigation process, superior communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Job Details Responsibilities

Assist in all phases of the litigation process including trial preparation, case management, and post-trial work.

Conduct fact investigations, legal research, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas.

Manage document production, review, and organization using eDiscovery software.

Prepare medical chronologies, fact timelines, and draft subpoenas.

Prepare and file documents in accordance with federal court rules and Washington State Court rules.

Manage case files using case management software such as TimeMatters, CLIO, and ProLaw.

Coordinate and manage records stipulations, summaries, and exhibit preparations.

Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.

Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and case management software such as TimeMatters, CLIO, and ProLaw.

Experience with eDiscovery software such as Exterro, Everlaw, Ipro, and Relativity.

Extensive knowledge of federal court rules and Washington State Court rules.

Experience in drafting subpoenas, records stipulations, summaries, and exhibit preparation.

Ability to create and maintain medical chronologies and fact timelines.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred.
