Responsibilities

Representing clients in all aspects of regulatory proceedings and litigation related to energy and utility law. Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues related to energy, utility, and regulatory law. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and regulatory filings. Conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues related to energy, utility, and regulatory law. Advising clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in hearings and trials. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent client service. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in energy, utility, and regulatory law, with a focus on regulatory proceedings and litigation. Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to energy and utilities. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively represent clients in hearings and trials. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Other
