Responsibilities

Develop and drive product line initiatives that align with customer needs and contribute to the company’s business plans, strategies, and financial goals.

Influence product solutions to meet the needs of target customer segments, ensuring alignment with market demands.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead and support cross‑functional projects, utilizing strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Drive critical roadmap projects in partnership with R&D, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams, focusing on product line extensions and lifecycle management.

Engage with regional commercial teams to strategize and implement plans for increasing market share and achieving global revenue targets.

Enhance the competitive positioning of products through strategic market shaping and the product claims expansion.

Gather customer insights through site visits and global travel as required, sharing findings with internal teams.

Build and maintain professional networks with customers and key ASP / Fortive team members to foster collaborative growth.

Contribute to revenue forecasting and case development for product initiatives, presenting findings to executive management.

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of pricing strategies and competitive market analysis to inform product pricing decisions.

Analyze diverse data sets to make informed product decisions and understand the financial implications of these decisions on the business.

Our Needs

Bachelor’s Degree required.

A minimum of three years of business experience and 1+ years of relevant Marketing, Product Management, or Product Introduction is required.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy and customer focused environment is required.

Ability to work independently, proactively and with teams is required.

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities are required.

Skilled at influence, decision making, collaboration; experience working across functional teams.

Strong analytical abilities (proficient in Excel, trending, Financial Analysis).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Personally motivated, creative thinker and accountable team player.

The ability to prioritize and to successfully manage multiple projects / priorities.

Ability to learn complex technology / clinical applications and take initiative.

Strong Problem solving and decision‑making skill.
