The Job This position will support Program Execution, Compliance, and Risk Oversight projects within the Global Information & Content Security (GICS) team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Cybersecurity Program Execution, the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Program Execution will oversee the successful delivery of complex, high‑impact cybersecurity initiatives and programs across the organization using both agile scrum and waterfall methodologies.

The role partners closely with leads from Program Execution, Cybersecurity Compliance, IT SOX Compliance, Risk Oversight and Reporting, Infrastructure, Technical Support, and GICS SMEs to coordinate planning, scheduling, and testing of projects, programs, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Resource Management

Lead, motivate, and support a team of project coordinators and Scrum Masters to achieve exceptional performance.

Develop and nurture talent within the team, including coaching, succession planning, and performance management.

Project Execution

Oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects across the information security landscape, assuring quality, scope, and timely delivery.

Ensure integration of agile methodologies with organizational goals, enhancing agility and responsiveness.

Serve as the liaison to management and key stakeholders.

Communicate program status, decisions, and strategic direction to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and alignment across functions.

Proactively identify and manage risks related to project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Ensure all project deliverables meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to cybersecurity.

Strategy and Operations

Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and tools, including advanced utilization of systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.

Establish strategy and identify opportunities for applying advancements in technology and process methodologies to enhance project execution.

The Essentials

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

7+ years of program execution experience and 3+ years of management experience working in cybersecurity.

Proven track record of global program management using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Proven experience and expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira for Agile stories, epics, and initiatives.

Ability to interact, communicate, and partner with C‑level executives; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to drive results in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Functional knowledge of CISSP security domains, governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI), and industry best practices.

Strong performance management skills, leading, motivating, engaging, and mentoring junior team members.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in clear, non‑technical language.

Demonstrated proactive problem‑solving and a strong commitment to ethical business practices.

Active learner who enhances personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experiences.

PMP, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications are highly desirable.

Ability to work flexible schedules.
