Job Description:
Location: Santa Cruz, CA Schedule: Full Time Swing Shift Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 5:00pm - 1:00am.
Perks:

$23.50 / hour
Qualifications / Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
Valid California Driver’s License and at least 2 years of Security Experience
Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment
Driving positions: valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, minimum insurance as required by company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle
Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required
Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat; occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds; climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
