Alabama – Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions Colorado – Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, and the Greater Denver region; clinic based in Centennial, CO Georgia – Home and clinic based in and around the greater Atlanta region Illinois – Home based in Chicagoland; clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights Massachusetts – Home based throughout the Massachusetts region (except Western MA and the Cape); center based in Southborough North Carolina – Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the Triangle area, and Winston‑Salem; center based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston‑Salem Tennessee – Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions What We Offer

Current BCBA certification and, if applicable by state, Licensed BCBA (LABA) Master’s degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Safety Care Specialist status – obtain and maintain Reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation Previous ABA experience Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans remain on track Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers for managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress Our teams of compassionate and dedicated individuals enjoy a professional, ethical, caring, respectful, and fun environment.
