Project Manager – Design/Build, Residential Landscapes
Glengate is actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee high‑end residential landscape and pool projects across Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York. As a key member of our award‑winning Pool & Landscape Construction division, you will manage $2.5–$3 million of landscape construction work annually, directing construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, controlling schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of the design/build process for residential landscape projects.
Direct and schedule 3 or more construction crews, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate material deliveries.
Manage job planning, costing, labor scheduling, and timesheet management to maintain project budgets and timelines.
Maintain accurate billing, invoicing, and collections processes and collaborate with Finance on monthly billings.
Serve as the primary contact for client relations, ensuring client satisfaction throughout construction and beyond.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager with oversight of masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping construction.
Strong knowledge of pool construction, landscape masonry, drainage, irrigation, and plant design.
Proven success managing residential and/or commercial projects of $250 k+ with strong cost control skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with high‑level clients.
Proficiency with Aspire software, MS Project, and Outlook.
