As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer on our Engine Controls team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting in-service products across both commercial and defense platforms. Your focus will be on Engine Control Systems, Air and Thermal Valves, and Air Turbine Start Systems (ATSS), technologies that are essential to aircraft performance and reliability. What You’ll Do Production support Value engineering Internal review boards Supplier readiness and technical support You’ll work within a small, focused team aligned to a specific value stream, which may include: Factory support (revenue enablement, yield improvement) Customer engineering investigations (e.g., Notice of Escape evaluations, performance analysis) Supplier enablement (transitions, obsolescence, alternative materials) LOCATION:
Tempe, Arizona on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
