Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Networking Lab Executive to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot lab environments supporting complex networking systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in L2/L3 networking, Cisco/Juniper devices, and fiber/copper connectivity with hands-on lab experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ONT, OLT, routers, servers, and switches deployed in the client lab.
Analyze and resolve issues related to L1/L2/L3 network layers, connectivity, and optical power.
Perform hands-on lab debugging involving fiber/copper cables, optics (SFP/XFP/SFP+/QSFP 1/10/100G).
Manage ticketing and issue tracking using Jira.
Use network testing tools such as Spirent and Ixia for validation.
Work on Timing setup (Boundary clock, IEEE 1588 PTP) for network synchronization.
Provide on-call support for live issue debugging and resolution.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (L2/L3) and network management.
Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper switches/routers.
Expertise in ONT, OLT, and aggregate cards.
Deep understanding of fiber/copper cabling and optical modules.
Familiarity with Spirent, Ixia, and ticketing systems (Jira).
