Cosmoprof Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. We provide training to enhance your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality— we will support you! Your Role at Cosmoprof Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values. Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally. The physical demands include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. May involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and exposure to irritant chemicals.
