McKesson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the Practice Management (USON) Finance team. This role will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A and play a key role in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving performance across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a passion for data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Current Need The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting of Practice Management headquarters operating expense. This includes preparing executive-level presentations, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership

Analyze financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance

Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that align with Oncology & Multi-Specialty strategic growth initiatives

Build and maintain financial models to support business case development and strategic initiatives

Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial drivers and support decision-making

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities

Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

MBA or CPA preferred

Critical Skills

4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial audiences

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with financial systems and tools such as BPC, SAC, Essbase, PeopleSoft, SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Salary : 79,600.00 - 106,100.00 - 132,600.00 USD Annual with 5% MIP

(Target range 95K-105K)
