The Decision Enablement team within Risk Management & Underwriting (RMUW) is looking for an individual with a desire to identify key insights and provide analyses that will help influence business strategy and decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and an analytical mindset paired with technical proficiencies that will allow them to leverage our existing tools and reports to advise the business on risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities This individual will serve as the business’s main point-of-contact as well as the subject matter expert for the aligned tools and reports. They will serve as the leader for assigned reporting projects or analysis that require input and contributions from multiple stakeholders. In addition to providing business support, this individual will identify opportunities for enhancements to the aligned tools and reports in order to better meet the needs of our customers as our business continues to evolve.

Requirements
4 + years of healthcare industry experience
Direct underwriting knowledge/experience strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
History of consistently delivering business results
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills
Strong understanding and ability to apply technical skills to support business needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level including knowledge of pivot tables and VBA)
Preferred: experience with workflow tools such as Alteryx
Strongly preferred: experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI
Working knowledge of at least one of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, or R

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,300 - 158,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
