About the Job : A multidisciplinary consulting and design firm is seeking a talented and highly motivated Project Manager with a variety of design and management skills. The selected candidate will work with diverse teams to oversee a wide range of civil engineering projects in both the public and private sectors. Project types may include residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway design, stormwater modeling, capital improvement projects, green infrastructure, trail design, and more.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Civil engineering plan review
Project oversight and delivery
Effective communication with colleagues, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Report and technical writing
Staff supervision and mentoring
Budget and schedule management
Business development support
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
7–10 years of professional civil engineering experience
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Required Skills and Experience :
Strong project and time management abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment
Ability to manage multiple long‑term projects and immediate tasks simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently when needed
