We are seeking a
Supply Chain Planning Manager
to lead the end-to-end planning function — from demand forecasting and master production scheduling to material planning and inventory optimisation — ensuring reliable supply and seamless execution in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
The Role Reporting to the
Senior Director of Supply Chain , this role will oversee the company’s full planning cycle, aligning
customer demand, production capacity, and raw material readiness .
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant planning processes while collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Logistics to deliver exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead demand, production, and material planning, aligning customer needs with production capacity and supply chain constraints.
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and execution alignment.
Partner cross-functionally to maintain strong communication between commercial, operations, and procurement teams.
Ensure planning processes comply with GMP, FDA, and food safety requirements, including lot traceability, shelf-life, and allergen control.
Manage ERP master data (BOMs, routings, lead times) to drive planning accuracy and system reliability.
Develop and monitor inventory strategies that balance service level targets with working capital optimisation.
Support new product launches and commercialisation readiness through proactive planning coordination.
Lead the S&OP process for planning, providing visibility into demand/supply alignment and risk mitigation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging KPIs to enhance agility and efficiency across all planning activities.
Coach and develop planning team members to build capability and performance excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of supply chain or planning experience in nutraceuticals, food, or CPG manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, HACCP, or SQF requirements.
ERP/MRP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Deacom preferred).
Skilled in S&OP, demand planning, and inventory management processes.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
