As an Enterprise Digital Marketing Architect, you will be responsible for managing Enterprise-wide solutions to include specific expertise in Digital, E-Commerce, Data and Cloud solutions. Reporting to the Director, Architecture you will:

Lead the architecture and design of business and tech initiatives related to Digital Marketing & Personalization across different systems and applications including Ecommerce (Search, Browse, Cart, Checkout), Web/Mobile, Digital Marketing and Retail Systems.

Lead vendor selection for the new technologies, tools and capabilities. Define selection criteria, RFI, RFP, RFQ and make relevant vendor and product choices.

As the Digital Marketing SME, spearhead all facets of Marketing Initiatives.

Prior experience with market leading vendors in spaces like CDP, Campaign Management and attribution, AdTech, Social Media Marketing is required.

Drive innovation in the Marketing space (Cloud Adoption, Microservices, Omni‑Channel and marketing platforms, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence).

We’re excited about you if you have/are:

Extensive knowledge and proven experience with existing Digital, E‑Commerce and Web technologies and tools (E‑Commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing Tools, Search, Personalization).

Foundational understanding of how internet and web works.

Object‑oriented programming.

RDBMS and modern NoSQL database designs and querying languages.

Microservices and REST services.

Expertise in the E‑Commerce, Digital domains, Personalization and related technologies.

Good knowledge/exposure on Digital Marketing tools and technologies.

Extensive experience in supporting large‑scale E‑Commerce and Digital presence.

Highly experienced in architecting modern architectures based on Cloud and Microservices.

Experience with next‑generation technologies to build digital experiences and capabilities is desired (AI, ML).

Experience with one or more public clouds (MS Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience with modern microservices architecture using Service Mesh, API Gateways.

Jack of all trades (ability to engage and discuss with large cross‑functional teams like Engineering, DevOps, Database, Networking, Infrastructure, Data, EDW, and to deep‑dive into solution specifics, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions).

Obsessed with creating quality business and user‑facing solutions and living for face‑to‑face interactions to develop goals, strategies, and technology solutions.

Seeking opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to create technological futures.

10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.

15+ years of experience with Digital and E‑Commerce space (E‑Commerce, Web Architecture, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing).

Location: San Francisco, CA. Compensation: $118,000 - $160,000.
