We’re seeking a compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) to provide high‑quality, patient‑focused care. Full‑time (4 days per week) with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $140,000 to $150,000 / Year. A sign‑on bonus is available for full‑time hires.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings.

Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing.

Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns.

Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results.

Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans.

Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time Employees: $140,000 to $150,000 / Year.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinic.

Education & Experience

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women’s health‑focused NP or PA programs considered).

Current Washington licensure (PA‑C, APRN, RN as applicable).

DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington.

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Women’s health experience strongly preferred—but if you are not currently in women’s health but are passionate about serving this patient population, we are willing to train you.
