Overview Woonsocket Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare’s Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is a national leader in medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a continuum of care that includes MAT, Office‑Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units, and we augment clinical treatment with therapeutic coaching, community outreach, and partnerships to ensure patients receive holistic, patient‑centered support.
Program Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (Opioid Use Disorder).
Schedule Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2 PM. Occasional evenings and Sundays for community events.

Role Responsibilities
Lead individual and group counseling sessions with compassion and professionalism.
Design, manage and document tailored treatment plans.
Facilitate group or family therapy sessions as required.
Maintain thorough, clear and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and incidents.
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
Determine necessity of referrals to additional programs or external resources.
Coordinate aftercare plans to support long‑term recovery.
Provide immediate crisis intervention services when needed.
Manage patient cases to ensure personalized, high‑quality care.
Serve as a liaison between patients and referral sources.
Compensation Hourly range: $27.00 – $34.00 per hour. Eligible positions may qualify for student loan forgiveness through HRSA.
Location Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related health services field from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings (outpatient, residential, or correctional).
Familiarity with MAT (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
Experience conducting individual and group counseling for substance use recovery.
Knowledge of evidence‑based practices such as CBT, MI, and relapse prevention.
Documentation experience in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Familiarity with regulatory standards (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission).
Collaboration experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
LCDP, LCSW/LICSW, CADC/CAADC, LMHC, LMFT
