What You Will Be Doing
Creating and revising CNC machining programs for production parts
Verifying CNC programs through prove‑outs on production machines
Specifying and controlling work holding and tooling
Creating and revising manufacturing work instructions
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues on the shop floor
Training production machine operators
Assisting in the acquisition and installation of new machines and tooling

Basic Qualifications
Knowledgeable of machining processes, able to evaluate and resolve machining problems
Experience with CAM software (NX preferred)
Experience creating CNC machining programs for production parts
Experience with 3D CAD software (PTC CREO preferred)
Experience programming G‑code at the machine control
Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and GD&T
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
Experience with VMCs, HMCs, CNC lathes, Mill‑turn, and Gantry Mills
Experience designing/specifying custom work‑holding
Experience writing manufacturing work instructions
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
