Overview
The Repair Dispatch Agent I is responsible for overseeing and coordinating service between repair techs and end users within a geographic area to ensure service appointments are scheduled timely, as well as ensuring that service appointments are being executed for the end user per our clients Service Level Agreements. The Repair Dispatch Agent will work closely with our Repair Techs and Consignees to accomodate service appointments. They will also serve as a support line for Repair Techs when they run into challenges in real-time while out in the field completing work orders. Responsibilities
Assign work orders, schedule service appointments, track / monitor, to ensure timely completion of services Provide customer service support to identify and meet specific customer needs Process customer orders / changes / returns according to established SOP Monitor and maintain scheduling within assigned territory and ensuring completion within contractual SLA Answer / make customer inquiry calls and address customer concerns / complaints Obtaining quotes and negotiating service rates with Independent Contractors Identify and correct routing inefficiencies Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business deems necessary Qualifications
