Construction Project Coordinator - $26 / hr-$30 / hr - VA

Responsibilities
Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of construction industry experience required.
Experience with accounting or numbers is a plus.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Details
$26/hr–$30/hr while temporary, DOE.
$55k–$68k when permanent.
100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
Metro accessible.
