Suspension Tuning Engineer Join a world-class automotive manufacturer at the forefront of vehicle performance and innovation. We’re seeking a Suspension Tuning Engineer to lead the design, tuning, and delivery of vehicle suspension systems that define ride comfort, handling, and dynamic performance.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll work closely with design, attribute, and validation teams to shape the next generation of high-performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Lead suspension system design and integration to deliver target ride and handling attributes.

Develop and refine components — including

springs, stabilizer bars, bushings, and dampers

— to achieve optimal ride and NVH characteristics.

Oversee

virtual and physical validation testing , ensuring systems meet performance targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers for design, tuning, and release.

Drive

design from concept to production , including change management and project tracking.

Support prototype builds and system-level evaluations to validate tuning strategies.

Required Qualifications

Automotive industry experience

with direct focus on

suspension systems .

Expertise in

ride, handling, and NVH tuning .

Proven experience designing and releasing components from

concept through production .

Strong 3D CAD skills and proficiency in GD&T for tolerance definition.

Knowledge of

vehicle dynamics, system integration, and supplier management .

Hands‑on experience in

prototype assembly and testing .

Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
