KEITH is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role reports to the Director of Finance and is ideal for a candidate with a solid financial foundation who enjoys data analysis, problem‑solving, and process improvement.
What you’ll do
Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Partner with project managers and departments to gather and interpret financial information
Support project accounting, cost tracking, and performance analysis
Build, maintain, and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
0–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or ERP software preferred
Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Understanding of project‑based or professional services financial environments
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
