CONAM Management Corporation seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of Garden Court Apartments at Yale Station and Yale Station Senior Apartments in Denver, CO. This role is hands-on and includes completing work orders in a timely manner. As a leader of the maintenance team, you will help ensure operational excellence, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction. Work with Community Manager to coach the maintenance team and monitor performance against community goals. Assist in training the maintenance team on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures. Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bid recommendations. Adhere to and enforce compliance with state regulations and CONAM policies. Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency maintenance services as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all maintenance activities. Ability to drive locally for business purposes pertaining to property management maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance or equivalent; 2+ years of multi-family experience preferred; 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred. Technical Experience: Ability to handle tools and power equipment (drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC systems, plumbing tools); proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is strongly preferred. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve maintenance issues quickly with minimal resident disruption. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and a positive living experience for residents. On-Call Rotation: Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in on-call duties. Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
