This Opportunity:
This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following state of Florida
Manage water/wastewater infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects
Develop creative solutions to complex water/wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
Manage and mentor junior level staff
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months of hire
Experience managing multi‑discipline infrastructure projects
Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial water or wastewater treatment projects
Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Solid knowledge of water or wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Fifteen (15)+ years of experience designing and/or managing water or wastewater treatment or conveyance projects
Knowledge of regional water or wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to scope and budget new water or wastewater facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
