We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Outpatient Oncology Infusion team.
Job Description Manager - Outpatient Oncology Infusion
Full-Time Dayshift
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient care in alignment with organizational standards.
Manage departmental budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure productivity meets fiscal targets.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience.
Lead and support staff development, engagement, and performance.
Facilitate patient flow to optimize throughput and maximize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse level or higher).
Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 90 days of hire.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - required.
ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification - required prior to completion of orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent specialty experience in Oncology or Infusion.
