Head of Community

to lead and grow Plume’s global community. This role is critical to shaping the voice, culture, and engagement of our ecosystem. You’ll be the bridge between our users, builders, and the core team—cultivating meaningful relationships, driving grassroots growth, and turning community members into passionate advocates. Responsibilities

Community Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth and engagement strategy across Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Farcaster, and other relevant platforms.

Ecosystem Engagement:

Foster relationships with builders, investors, and partners in the RWA and DeFi space. Organize AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and community calls.

Content & Culture:

Collaborate with marketing to shape Plume’s voice and tone. Create memes, threads, polls, and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Feedback Loop:

Act as the internal voice of the community—gather insights, surface pain points, and relay feedback to product and leadership teams.

Event Activation:

Represent Plume at conferences, hackathons, and meetups. Organize online and offline community events.

Metrics & Reporting:

Track engagement, growth, and sentiment. Use data to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in crypto community management or ecosystem growth

Deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi, and RWAs

Proven ability to grow and manage online communities

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Experience with community tools (e.g., Discord bots, Notion, Dework, Guild.xyz, etc.)

Moderator Management: Maintain a close working relationship with our global network of moderators. Support and leverage them to achieve our community growth goals.
