Job Summary The Sr. Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing and selling Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global products and services through indirect distribution channels. The role manages ongoing relationships with third‑party vendors and national indirect channel partners/Technology Service Distributors (TSDs), driving revenue by ensuring partners position the Comcast Business Advanced Solutions portfolios to their end‑users. This is an individual contributor quota‑bearing role with no direct supervision responsibilities. The role is virtual with approximately 50% anticipated travel to partner sites in the mountain west and west coast regions, and candidates must reside in the mountain west or west coast territories (CA, WA, OR, UT, CO or AZ).

Core Responsibilities

Educate, train, and support national channel partners to position the entire suite of Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global Advanced Solutions Portfolios.

Drive incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with assigned national indirect channel partners.

Establish overall goals, budgets and strategic direction with each assigned partner.

Drive joint business planning efforts with all partners that generate actionable quarterly and annual plans addressing sales, marketing, product training, support and operational initiatives.

Conduct regular operations review meetings with partners and appropriate Comcast team members to identify and remedy operational, process, and support issues to ensure overall partner satisfaction.

Ensure consistent completion of product install by partnering with internal stakeholders relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process, and post‑sale process.

Serve as liaison to channel partners regarding any sales‑related issues.

Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel and reporting via Salesforce.

Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Maintain up to 50% travel to partner sites, events, etc.

Attend consistently, punctually, and work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of success in building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners.

Proven ability to meet quota expectations and KPIs.

Strong foundational knowledge of telecom business solutions.

Salary Pay Range: This job can be performed in California, Colorado, and Washington with a Pay Range of $79,040.00 – $171,600.00. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted. Targeted Commission: $80,000.00. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best‑in‑class benefits to eligible employees.
