Junior Construction Estimator

F&M Construction and Remodeling is seeking a dedicated Junior Construction Estimator to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This role will work directly with the CEO and receive hands‑on guidance in preparing detailed project estimates according to company standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work with guidance from senior management.

Collect and analyze data on labor, materials, and time requirements.

Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to obtain pricing and project information.

Support project management and administrative processes as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and pricing.

Strong willingness to learn and grow within the construction estimating field.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
