Position Overview We are searching for a talented RN for a Med/Surg unit.

Sign‑on bonus up to $9,600 (varies by experience)

Hours: 32 hrs/week

Shift: Night shift, 11:15 pm‑7:15 am with weekend and holiday rotation

Location: Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA

Unit Description SK3 is a 21‑bed surgical unit specializing in postoperative care for Bariatric, Orthopedic, General, Gynecologic, and Plastic surgery patients. The unit also provides telemetry monitoring.

$8,000 for RN with 1‑3 years experience

Responsibilities Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee, perform a variety of duties coordinating total nursing care, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing practice within the assigned unit. Use knowledge and skills appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required)

Preferred: 3–12 months up to 1 year of experience

Current RN licensure in Massachusetts (required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt with a signed statement

Compensation Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay range: $39.37 – $70.01 per hour. Rotation schedule: every other weekend and every other holiday.
